Lesson 2 of 10

I am + feeling

Twelve essential adjectives to describe how you feel today.

Телефонна розмова після довгого понеділка
Tom Hey! How are you?
Viva I'm tired. Really tired. But I'm happy — today was a great lesson!
Tom I'm hungry. Coffee?
Viva Yes. I'm ready!
Що Том і Віва сказали про себе? Після "I'm" тут ім'я чи відчуття?

The rule

To talk about a feeling or a state, we use I am + adjective. No article here, we don't say I'm a happy, just I'm happy.

Pattern: I'm + adjectiveI'm happy. I'm tired. I'm cold.
