These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of corporate, individual, and group English training services ("Services") from VIVA VOX Education ("we", "us").

2. Our services

We provide online English language training, including corporate group classes, individual and business one-to-one sessions, and speaking clubs, delivered by qualified instructors. Programme content, schedule, and format are agreed with each client individually or as described on our website.

3. Booking and payment

A course or package is confirmed once payment is received in full, or under the instalment terms agreed in writing for corporate clients.
Prices are listed in GBP; UAH prices shown on the website are approximate and converted at the exchange rate on the day of payment.
Invoices for corporate clients are issued according to the terms agreed during the consultation.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

Individual lessons can be rescheduled with at least [24 hours'] notice. Lessons cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, are not refunded or rescheduled.
Group and corporate programme cancellation, pausing, and refund terms are set out in the agreement signed with the client before the programme starts.

5. Client responsibilities

Clients are expected to attend scheduled lessons, provide accurate contact and billing details, and inform us promptly of any changes to team composition (for corporate programmes) or scheduling needs.

All course materials, worksheets, recordings, and platform content are the property of VIVA VOX Education and are provided for the personal use of enrolled participants only. They may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without our written permission.

7. Platform access

Participants and HR/training managers on corporate programmes receive access to our online learning platform for the duration of their programme. Access is personal and linked to the participant's email; it may be suspended if these Terms are breached.

8. Limitation of liability

We aim to deliver training to a high professional standard, but we do not guarantee specific language outcomes, exam results, or timelines, as these depend on individual effort and attendance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant programme.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, and material changes affecting active clients will be communicated by email.

10. Governing law
