Ukrainian candidates often give very generic answers: “I want to develop and grow.” This phrase, by itself, tells the interviewer nothing. In English-language interviews, vague ambition is a red flag. The question is testing whether you have a direction AND whether this company fits into it. Name a specific kind of growth, and connect it to the role you are applying for.
