Used to + infinitive
A past habit or state that no longer exists. The action happened regularly in the past but does not happen now.
We used to play hide and seek as kids.from the diary
Ми гралися в хованки в дитинстві. (Зараз вже ні)
I used to joke that she'd never leave this town.from the diary
Я раніше жартував, що вона ніколи не залишить це місто.
Alice never used to talk about moving so far.from the diary

Be used to + noun / -ing
Already accustomed to something. The person has adapted and this thing is now normal or familiar to them.
I was so used to having her close.from the diary
Я так звик до того, що вона поруч.
I wasn't used to seeing her like that, leaving without a word.from the diary
Я не звик бачити її такою — вона йшла без слова.
She was used to small-town life.from the diary
Вона звикла до життя в маленькому місті.

Get used to + noun / -ing
The process of becoming accustomed to something new. It is still unfamiliar, but you are adapting — or need to adapt.
I'm trying to get used to the barking, the kids' shouting, the smell of barbecue.from the diary

Quick check: "I used to drink coffee every morning" = past habit, I don't anymore. · "I am used to drinking coffee" = it's normal for me now. · "I'm getting used to tea" = I'm in the process of adapting.
"I used to drink coffee" = звичка в минулому, вже не роблю. "I am used to drinking coffee" = це для мене звично зараз. "I'm getting used to tea" = я в процесі звикання.
